Flamin Crazy

Created using our traditional Australian fruit based BBQ sauce, this sauce is XXX-Tremely HOT HOT HOT and we can't stress enough (this is not for the faint of heart or mild mannered taste buds. The Flamin Crazy hot is made using a Thai hybrid pepper grown organically especially for us, it is then encapsulated prior to being blended into the sauce.

The sauce gives that sweet fruity taste upfront and is well balanced blend of citrus fruits such as Pineapple, Orange and Tomato with the sweetness of Apple and then as the palate starts to warm the heat sensation builds - the more you eat the hotter it gets and we mean HOT. This sauce's heat profile become's Flamin Crazy HOT if you cook with it, the heat level grows exponentially and becomes the XXX-Treme monster it can be.   

Even though it is so hot its fans are numerous - all with stories that make the meek of heat shake their heads. One guy from California travels to Reno every year to buy TWO GALLONS and truly loves it.
